Recommendations of Study Group:
1. Get the Lawsuit STOPPED as quickly as
possible to “put a lid on costs”.
2. Appoint a committee of 3 respected owners, to
make contact with the Plaintiff and/or his
Attorney, to see if there is a basis for settlement.
3. Present the settlement to a Member Meeting,
to be chaired by the 3 respected owners. May
NOT be chaired by anyone personally involved
4. Take IMMEDIATE action, after this meeting, to
settle with the Plaintiff.
5. Pay the legal fees accumulated.
