General Purpose:

In any Condominium Project there is usually a lack of communication. Bahia III is no different. Over the past several years there have been differing opinions on how we should protect our Condominium Assets. This site is NOT designed to promote any specific plan or group of owners. It is envisioned to be a Forum for discussion of important matters of our association.

The creators of this website are Marty Davis and Roy Hooker. We both have been Past Directors of the Association. We have seen first hand the inner workings of the Board and the problems which are usually encountered.

Pending Lawsuit:

As many of you may not know, a Townhouse Owner has filed suit against our Association and our Board of Directors (Individually). This is a serious situation which will monetarily affect us all. We suggest that you click on the link, at the right, to look at the actual lawsuit filing, and other important files, to see the severity.
